대학원 학위논문 제출자격에 필요한 전공자격시험 실시에 관하여 안내드립니다.

Notice of Comprehensive Exam required for Thesis/Dissertation Examination qualification

논문청구심사 제출자격을 득한자 (자격시험 최종합격자)를 확인하기 위하여 자격시험 최종합격자에게는 학적부 전공자격시험란에 내용을 기재하고, 해당학생만 논문 제출을 받을 계획입니다.

In order to confirm the person who has qualified for the thesis/Dissertation Examination (the successful applicants of the major qualification test), those who passed major qualification test will be filled in the field of the major qualification test in the school register, and only the students’ thesis will be submitted.

1. 전공자격시험 신청기간 : 2024. 9. 9.(월) ~ 9. 19.(목)

Application form issue and submission : Sep 9(Mon.) ~ Sep 19(Thr)

가. 신청 방법 : 포털(http://portal.inha.ac.kr) 로그인 > 학사행정 >대학원 (수업) >전공시험신청 > '전공자격시험' 과목 저장

How to Apply : Log in the INHA portal > 학사행정 > Courses(Graduate) > Apply for the Major Comprehensive exam

나. 세부적으로 보는 시험 개수 및 과목은 학과별로 상이하나, 신청 시 대표과목인 '전공자격시험'으로 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 대표과목 신청자는 “해당 학기에 전공자격시험을 응시한다”는 의미입니다.

The number of detailed tests and subjects vary by departments, but when applying, please apply for the representative subject, the "major qualification test.“

※ The applicant for the representative course means "to take the major qualification test in the relevant semester."

다. ‘시험과목명’에 '전공자격시험', '금학기 신청여부'에 '신청 완료' 확인 바랍니다.

※ 인쇄 및 세부과목 기입, 학과제출여부에 관한 사항은 학과별로 일부 상이할 수 있음

※ 바이오시스템융합학과 시스템생명과학 전공  : 포털에 시험 신청 후 학번, 신청 과목/교수님 기입하여 학과사무실에 제출

2. 시험 기간 : 2024. 9. 23.(월) ~ 10. 8.(화) 기간 중 “학과별”로 정한 날짜

period of Sep 23.(Mon) ~ Oct 8.(Tue)

※ 시험시행에 대한 사항은 반드시 ★학과(전공)★ 문의하시기 바랍니다.(학과내규 참조)

※ All about the exam must inquire of ★Each departments (Majors)★

※ 시험 시행 일자는 학과 내부 사정에 근거하여 변경 및 조정될 수 있습니다.

※ The examination date can be changed and adjusted based on the internal circumstances of the department.

3. 재학생에 한하여 전공자격시험 응시와 합격이 가능하므로, 시험응시 후 휴학하는 학생은 합격 인정이 불가합니다.

Only enrolled students can take and pass the major qualification test, so students who take a leave of absence after taking the test cannot be accepted.

 4. 1번절차의 경우 단순 신청의사를 밝혀주시는 절차로, 구체적인 시험 과목 및 시행시기, 방법 등과 관련한 사항은 반드시 학과(전공)로 문의하시고 시험에 응시해주시기 바랍니다.

In the case of procedure 1, it is a procedure to simply clarify your intention to apply, so please contact the department (major) for specific matters related to the subject, exam period, and method of the test.
